I honestly can’t believe what a positive response there’s been to Tie The Knot In Style.Thank you so much for reading, sharing, liking, commenting, and following!
With the new year here it’s time for new beginnings and a fresh start. You know, the whole “New Year, New Me” thing. It’s been a few weeks since I launched the blog, which means it’s about time for me to introduce the new “blogger me.” Tie The Knot In Style came about as a fun side project for me. I have a full-time job that I love very much. I’m very happy in my job and it’s so rewarding, but I found myself craving a creative outlet too. I really enjoy evolving my style and incorporating new trends and was really excited about all of the upcoming wedding events I had to look forward to.
I’ve loved being engaged and cannot wait for my wedding this spring. It’s hard to believe we have less than 5 months left! Through the wedding planning process I found tons of resources devoted to wedding planning and wedding day style, but nothing about the events along the way. That’s how Tie The Knot In Style came to be. I’m at a phase in life where I’m a little in the middle of friends who are married and starting their families, and the ones who are still looking for the one. I thought that a blog would be a fun way for me to document my experience and connect with other brides-to-be who were going through the same steps. My goal isn’t to become a full-time blogger, get a million followers, or become “insta-famous.” My hope is to share my own outfit inspiration and styling tips, and get inspiration from all of you, too!
Over time I’ll be sharing more about how I styled various events and give you a glimpse into my wedding planning process. One of the things I was most excited to do with Tie The Knot In Style was to create a community, so send me an email, DM, or comment on the blog with about your own experiences styling all of the events between “yes” and “I do!”
Thank you for being a part of the Tie The Knot In Style community! xo
