Rose Water Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 oz rose water simple syrup

2 oz gin

Splash club soda


Directions

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a small pot and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool and add in 1 teaspoon rose water extract. Store the simple syrup in the refrigerator. If you’re serving right away add rose petals to the simple syrup for a beautiful presentation. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake for more than 20 seconds so the ice can melt and dilute the ingredients. Add a splash of club soda if you prefer! Strain over a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon twist and rose petal.


Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler

Ingredients

9 oz fino sherry

6 oz grapefruit juice

1 1/2 oz lemon juice

1 1/2 oz simple syrup

12 dashes angostura bitters

Directions:

Add first 6 ingredients into a pitcher. Stir well and chill. Just before serving, top with Brut. To serve, pour into flutes. Garnish with grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.


Sparkling Strawberry Sangria

Ingredients

1 cup orange vodka

15 strawberries, hulled and sliced

â…“ cup superfine sugar

1 bottle (750 oz) sparkling rosé wine

2 cups lemon-lime sodarosemary for garnish (optional)

Directions

In a large container combine vodka, strawberries, and sugar. Stir well and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just prior to serving add in the sparkling wine and soda. Serve over ice with rosemary garnish if desired.

2 Plums

6 Thyme Sprigs

Juice from one Lemon

4 Tbsp. Thyme Simple Syrup

1 Bottle of Prosecco or your favorite bubbly

Directions

Peel and chop 2 plums. Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over crushed ice evenly between two glasses. Top off with prosecco and garnish with extra plum slices and thyme sprigs.
